Perfect, especially for the price
The media could not be loaded. Honestly I would buy this even if it was double the price, it's a perfectly fine working mic arm that has borderline no assembly, just having to put a pole in a holder and then clamp it on your desk, its really flexible with it moving up down left and right for the main arm, and having left right and up down swivel for the mic holder itself, and despite how easy it is to adjust how you want it will always stay in place and doesn't fall over time. For only £18 this is an absolute steal and I recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap mic arm. Other side notes, the microphone I am using is from ZealSound and is also very good for its cheap price, aswell as fitting this arm perfectly, and the clamp that comes with the mic arm should fit all desks.

Very happy!
Love this! Use it at work where I regularly have to deliver online training and it is perfect for my needs and well priced too.

Great little mic arm
Great little microphone arm, however it wasn't quite what I wanted as the clamp didn't fit my intended purpose so I returned it. That said, it's still a decent quality product and simple to move around and tighten etc.

Reliable and Easy to Use
The media could not be loaded. The Aokeo AK-49 mic arm is sturdy and holds my microphone securely in place. Its adjustable design makes positioning effortless, and it stays put without any sagging. Installation was straightforward

no problem
Was a bit of playing about getting the cable with it and getting it to clam for some reason after that issue was fixed worked like a charm

Disappointing
The AOKEO AK49 microphone stand is not really suitable for the home office. The stand only adjusts in one plane just like the human arm so it is impossible to achieve a Z type configuration to have the microphone below the mouth and out of sight. It might be better if one was standing or if your microphone had a 90 degree bracket. On the box it shows a microphone with a right angled attachment, unfortunately my Yeti microphone has an inline mount, in other words it screws into the end of the microphone. I did check the compatibility before purchasing and the Yeti microphone was listed as compatible. You can see the best configuration I can achieve in the photograph. The left hand circled microphone is my Yeti on the AOKEO AK 49. This second picture to the right is my old Tonor TC2030 which is also available from Amazon and comes complete with the spring loaded counterbalance stand which I can get into just about any position. The AOKEO AK-49 is simply not as flexible as my previous microphone stand and I was very disappointed to discover the hinged sections could not be adjusted through 180 degrees rather than the very restrictive ~80 degrees.

Good starting mic arm but lack of quality is frustrating.
The arm is a great starter for people who need an arm that is flexible but I cannot see this lasting for a long time. There are plenty of good things but the bad aspects can be a deal breaker.Good:Feels sturdy.Looks sleek and works nicely on the desk.Great levels of adjustability.Bad:Joints are tight/hard to move yet the arm can barely hold my microphone up at certain angles. If you have a weighty mic, be aware that the arm at forward angles will struggle to hold it up.Poor quality in some of the materials such as the adapters, the black coating starts to flake off in parts and the lack of good weight distribution is incredibly annoying.Might just be on my desk but the height extender made the arm far more flimsy feeling and more rickety. The extender gets held in by the screw but the arm itself is no longer held in as securely so if you tend to move the arm a lot, you'll notice the arm flopping around far more.Overall thoughts:It's a really nice arm to get you started. It will work nicely for people who don't move the arm a whole lot and have a mic that has less weight. The arm is cheap for it's capabilities and the feature set it great for the price. However, it struggles to get a lot of basics right that other mic arms in this price range will get right. That could be due to the extra features of this arm but it's a tradeoff to look out for.

Very happy with this kit. I've used them in the past but broke it by accident.Real easy to setup.Very functional and sturdy. It's got a basic design but it works and looks good.Able to hold a lot of mics including; Shure MV7, Behringer XM8500, Original Blue Yeti and an AT2020.All Mics I have owned/currently own.
