This HP, Windows 11 with Microsoft Office "Free" and installed is fantastic! Less than 10 minutes to get set up and no junk and crappy programs cluttering up your desktop. Just make sure you bypass and delete icons references Office 365 so it won't download a new Office over your pre-installed version Especially during set up! Unless you want to pay for it again. Office will be waiting for you after set up and I started using the programs immediately. This is a great little laptop with Office for the money. A good buy.

The laptop is good and practical overall. It handles daily tasks smoothly and is a solid choice for the price. However, the battery life could be better—it doesn’t last as long as I expected, especially when multitasking. Also, the keyboard is on the noisy side and doesn’t have backlighting, which makes typing at night a bit inconvenient. Still, for the performance and value, it’s a decent buy.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of an HP laptop in April 2025. Within just 30 days, I began encountering severe battery issues that rendered the device nearly unusable without being plugged in. To my dismay, when I attempted to return the product, I was informed that returns are no longer accepted. Upon contacting HP's customer service, I discovered that the warranty inexplicably started in October 2024, months before my purchase. HP further revealed that the warranty has been voided due to unauthorized upgrades made by the seller. This is completely unacceptable for a device that is less than 90 days old. In addition to the battery problems, I am now facing significant software issues and have been unable to successfully perform a recovery or restore. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel let down by both the seller and HP. I strongly advise potential buyers to beware of this situation and thoroughly check the warranty and condition of the product before purchasing.
