Practical cooler for small devices
I use this as a cooler for my TP Link Archer 4000 as the router was cutting off when hot. This started during last summer when I purchased this. Installation is fairly easy as the router comes with a USB port which can deliver enough power for this. Since installation, the router issue went away and never had a hardware crash.I haven't tried this with any larger devices, guess it should work fine. Though the footprint is small, it looks like it is versatile. The device cools well and it is fairly silent and doesnt make its presence felt through noise.Highly recommend.

It works perfectly.
It is cooling my router and external hdd (I am using two units) perfectly. Hdd temp previously was rising to 50°C while plex streaming. Router was too hot but now it is normal. Hdd temp not crossing 45°C even when binging plex.

Decent for the price
This review is after one day of use, so can’t comment on longevity.Pros:1. Build quality is surprisingly decent for this price. Size and footprint are sufficient for objects larger and heavier than the average router.2. Fan speed is much more than adequate to cool any router.Cons: fan is much noisier than I expected. If the router (or STB or whatever you’re cooling) is placed very close to you, this might not be the best choice.Other observations (not deduced any stars for these):1. Fan does not appear to be replaceable and brand/make is not clearly identifiable. I’m not expecting the fan to last very long but this is a function of the price, not a fault of the manufacturer per se.2. Wish there was a speed control switch (low/medium/high) for the fan. I would ideally have run this at 1/3rd of existing speed.

Amazing Product
Due to heating problem was looking out for some option and found this, Really happy with the product, i have kept my router and HDD together, Amazing Quality, Fan is absolutely silent, little costly but did not find other product which matches this.

Worth to buy it and fit’s to my router !!!
The media could not be loaded. Good and it’s worth to buy it for my 10kTP link router from being heat !!Actually I was looking for normal fan to reduce the heat of router this I found helpful .I have connected it to smart plug and sat the turn on and off for every 2 hrs for 15 minutes ! To cool down the fan it self !!Brought it for 600 bit expensive however it the job well !

Do not buy
It's a useless product, I don't know why manufacturers make this kind of products. Waste of time and money.

Highly Not Recommended!
My 3 Start for its design, look & feel, sturdy and user-friendliness due to the USB power input option.Overall its a good looking product and it will look nice with any device at the top of desk or any furniture along with its job that it will keep doing silently. As a Tech guy electronic devices like routers, extenders, switches etc are everywhere at home (which is large, 3 storeys) but never bother about their heading issues, as they are meant to be running 24/7. BUT not all devices, like TV etc, no one run 24/7. Using a 75" Frame TV for a year which comes with a separate main Unit, thin wire connected to the display unit, It is like a big router or switch. I kept it inside the TV cabinet to make everything clean, this is what the Frame TV meant for. But quickly realised the main unit inside the closed cabinet getting very hot, so cant take risks with a highly expensive device unlike routers, also keep the cabinet door open for airflow but its looks bad. So I was looking for a convenient cooling system for this only and quickly found this one which looks perfect.Installed and easy 1-minute setup, USB was a big advantage, put it in the unit USB so no extra power switch, the fan will run only when the TV turned on (which was my main concern) allover very convenient. Now about the Corns:#1: After running, it was very silent, silent means low speed and low airflow. I used to be with PC fans and quickly realised it shouldn't be that very low, its the same as others rated 12V. Then tested it with a fast-charging 12v adapter, same result. Then tested a fan from an unused PC and found the same, the TV USB is 5v output so that makes sense but why same with QC adapters? then realize all adapters pass power according to the connected device 5-12v, not 12v only. Then tested with a router regular 12v adapter X-Amp and it runs faster like PC fans do. So here USB is the wrong option in terms of speed, however on the other hand if it is used for running 24/7 then its fine overall. According to its price Rs,600+ it could come with an or optional adapter and the same like USB fan at half price at amazon, at PC stores even half than that (Non USB one)#2: Its air direction, it flows the air towards the device. Whereas its image shows it passes the air underneath the module, the direction is confusing in the image. You may think What is that, our daily life fans (ceiling/table top) flow air towards us to make us cool. But that's not the same with electronic devices, each and every cooling module takes out the hot air outwards to keep the device inside cool, laptop, Pcs, home appliances, that's universal. Moreover in India like dusty weather, what it does if we flow the air towards the vents it cools fast BUT it pushes raw air with dust inside the device (even though there are few systems used but those with air filters and we cant expect this from this price level device else it has to be custom made) and when it takes the air out the process is slow but it attracts very fewer dust (It will be very long to explain why, check any laptop all have a net-like thing which called screen filter at the air inlet). So ultimately rather than putting more time & money to customizing it, I returned it and made a custom one in a very simple process, almost like plug-n-play at half cost and all working as I wanted, same notice but faster flow. Don't get confused using a manual switch for the separate adapter, I've already using a smart plug which is meant to cut the TV power after tv turned off, just attached to it so the fan only runs when TV is on.I did almost the same with a router (attached image) but this one with USB, as it will be running 24/7.***My sharing is also for the manufacturer so that they can do more R&D and improve it, making RPM fast, using a dust filter, optional adapter, also different size options. Other wise it's a very basic stuff, not a space science.
