I know Boost has more calories in their top line product. But it’s so thick, it fills me up for hours, which defeats my need of having to put weight on. Ensure is thinner and I drink two at a time which 660 calories to 530. And the texture of ensure does not fill me up, allowing more solid food intake.

These shakes are PLUS because they have more protein than regular Ensure. The plus was recommended by the dietician but we were unable to find it locally in the desired flavor of butter pecan. Quick turnaround from Amazon because I always get it the wrong following day!

Used these when I didn’t have an appetite earlier in my pregnancy. They were soooo good.

I bought this for my weight gain journey and I must say I will probably be buying again, will update further if it works

I love these drinks. Currently I am trying to gain weight and the high calories really help me reach my daily calorie goal. Even though they are a bit expensive, I think they are worth it.
