really comfy, lovely soft material, easy to inflate, folds down small, and very sturdy. Managed to sleep well on the plane - provides a lot more head support than a cheap pillow, but is decently priced considering the other expensive makes on the market. Also lovely that it comes with a funny hood to cover your face with - you'll look silly but you'll be very comfortable.

I’ve had numerous travel pillows over the years, including one of those ones that sits on your tray table that you put your head and arms in. I’ve never managed to get away with any of them and always find the gap between my ear and shoulder too big for the classic u-shaped pillows (maybe I have a long neck?!) but this pillow is fabulous. It not only completely supports your head, making for a very comfortable sleep, but it is super easy to inflate (I have chronic asthma and managed fine), it has a one way valve so no trying to keep it from going down as you blow it up, plus, it’s easy to deflate you just press the valve in. Piece of cake! It is finished in a lovely brushed soft material so it feels luxurious and it comes in a little drawstring bag, so it’s compact to fit in your bag when travelling. The hood thing is a bit pointless, it isn’t big enough to cover your face, so I just took my own eye mask, but the ear buds were welcome! A fabulous travel pillow and I highly recommend!

Professional packaging, top quality.The feel of the neck cushion is so soft and velvety. Easy to inflate and done quickly, the same to deflate. I liked the back if the neck support, not bulky around the back of neck, which most seem to be. Nice shape.After a very long haul flight, I noticed the cushion seemed to deflate a little. I got in touch with the company direct and it was sorted immediately, another posted to me with apologies.Very happy with the support from this small company.

I bought this item for a long haul journey and my partner also purchased one. I was a little disappointed that when I blew mine up on the flight, the stitching on the seam was faulty which created a hole in the seam. My partners was fine.I took the pics and sent to the seller and they sent a new one. - it had arrived before I had returned from my trip!The item was really effective, gave good support, was versatile to maximise the comfort and we found the hood to be a great addition to add a sense on privacy whilst resting.The item is well designed and the packaging was well considered too.The foam earplugs and case was also a nice addition although I don't personally find these earplugs very effective. I would recommend this item and experience tells me that the customer service is excellent with very speedy resolution. This item would also make a fabulous luxury travel gift.

This is really comfy but it doesn’t deflate quickly at all, i have been trying to deflate it for about 10 minutes and it’s still completely full of air, which obviously takes away the practical side of it

Bought a few pillows to try and this is one I kept and partner liked it so he bought it as well. Like fact it's inflatable so doesn't take up as much space as other neck pillows. I have neck pain so neck support on flights is important to me. Definitely didn't have as much pain as usual after a flight. Yes, I had to rotate it sometimes to support side of neck if I was in an odd position but that's the way I fidget and need to move regularly and really not a problem. It moves really easily.. Wouldn't fly without it now if know I want to sleep. In fact on a recent trip I also used it in taxis without headrests in the back so I could sleep on a long journey and it worked. Plus fact it has a hood is actually useful to cover eyes and make it a little darker when sleeping without an eye mask. Not tried the ear plugs.

Wow .. I’ve not used this yet properly but on inflating and trying on this is just going to be so perfect it’s so comfortable and supportive, it’s so soft easy to inflate and deflate aswell and goes into the bag supplied easy .Very good quality and packaging is superb . 👌

I've just gone travelling with this and after 5 days it's already leaking air with some form of puncture! Disappointed. It's been packed up in my handluggage and not under excessive pressure, I literally only got the chance to use it properly on the flight out.
