A must for wheelchair safety.
Every caregiver whose loved one is wheelchair bound should have one of these. It allowed me to feel comfortable enough to be in a separate room or not have my loved one in direct view. Great safety promoting accessory that is really a necessity that should come with every wheelchair purchase or rental. I would recommend a way to make shoulder adjustments.

Perfect for what we needed
Perfect, and the straps were so long, that we had enough to put the harness on any equipment that he has!

HOLD BACK
The material is soft yet I need for it to firm in the chest area. Also, the neck area need to have a barrier so no one won't choke.

Choked my husband
No matter how we set this up, it would shift and then choke his throat. The entire purpose is to hold a persons body upright in a wheelchair who have loss of lung function and things like Parkinson’s disease, which make them bend foreword without the strength to hold themselves upright, thus, reducing strain on already weakened or damaged lungs. This does neither and even worse, choked him at his neck after shifting every time. Do not buy these.

Not for short.
I'm like 5'5" max and I lean forward so I do put pressure on this. It did hold me, however, I'd pull it down, tuck it under my gut, and it would still press on my neck trying to choke me and slide up. I could usually readjust it myself but was hard. Anyone that can't it's a big safety issue for.
