Really nice product. Worked really well.

I follow palak notes and her pieces of advice for the betterment of my health. I got to know about this particular product by palak notes and I thought of giving it a try and to my astonishment its really doing wonders to my body. It's like a health supplement. the changes m noticing after having it twice daily since a week now are 1. high energy in the morning 2. fatigue in day time office hours has considerably decreased 3. also backaches while PMSing has also reduced considerably. As of now, these are the significant changes I have been observing and I m hoping to get benefitted further as I continue to use these chewable tablets. It has worked for me guys. Depends upon person to person and also body type. So I would suggest to take this as a health supplement and not substitute for anything.

Worth buying

I cannot take huge pills and capsules as I am such a sensitive being to smell and taste. I need to make sure that the supplements I am taking are not bad smelling or bad in taste. Most of the b12 supplements are capsules or pills which makes me very uncomfortable. I just cannot swallow those enormous pills and capsules. I was so glad to see that this b12 supplement is far different from the other capsules or pills already existing the market, they are chewables! It was such a relief to find these and not only the form is great but also the results it had on me are just amazing. 1 chewable a day and my energy levels were up, I didn't feel as tired as I used to, my coping mechanism got better, I am able to handle stress in a much much better way and my brain activity is also great! No more zoning out and lack of focus. What a wonderful product with exceptionally good health benefits!

It is a useful and nice product I really love all the products by palak the only problem is its way too costly and there are mistakenly pouring less tablets/powder as it promises a month dosage. It's difficult for economic users to reach for product to buy on monthly basses.

I have always been giving honest reviews for the products purchased on Amazon. The supplements delivered to me were fresh and good but just that it's packaging had problem guys. But here its not her mistake. She's been providing us with so much great information about healthy only for the betterment of our future. These supplements are made available at affordable price also so that every affected individual can get better. Her Moto is to see evryone healthy and fit guys, money isn't everything for her. Just one request guys if you happen to get faulty packaging please don't share your negative feedback here as i did earlier but later realised that her supplements really help a lot and is worth penny.Ps: Palak plz don't increase its mrp let it be at affordable price. This product was purchased for the supplementation of basic vitamins.Number of tablets mentioned is 60.When counted those are only 58.When you are charging Rs 799/- for 60 tablets, missing 2 tablets amount for loss of Rs 26.6/-Even there is question on the purity, althouth the delivered package was sealed and untampered less number of tablets point towards manhandling.
