Many of the electrolyte powders are TOO SWEET. This one is just right! I like that it also contains taurine and creatine, in addition to the traditional electrolyte ingredients.At 69, I do dragon boat practice 3-4 times per week. Other workouts at home, plus walking. In Florida this means plenty of sweating. So I take the electrolytes in my water. I actually notice a difference in my performance and endurance with this particular product.

I like it. Not sure if it's "working" or not. I haven't scaled any tall buildings yet. But the ingredients seem good so that's a plus. I think it's funny that all the reviews here are so down on the unflavored version. I love it. Most beverage powders are too sweet or citrusy for my taste. This just tastes like water to me. Reordering this month.

I prefer this to other electrolyte supplements which were acting as a diuretic for me. This product does seem to help me stay more hydrated, and I drink it every morning. It could improve on the mixability, the taste, and value for money (pricey). It tastes fine, it’s just very mild and other flavor options would be nice. I do notice if I drink it in anything other than a shaker bottle where I can shake it before each drink, the particles do separate a bit from the water.

I did NOT receive the item I ordered. And you can not return the item. I ordered flavored and what arrived is flavorless. It does not taste good. Hints the reason why I tried to order flavored. I sent a message through amazon to the seller but no response.I do love the item of electrolytes and small amount of creatine together. Heard about it through their podcast.

I love this product. I take it everyday and it gives me energy.

Great product, bad packaging. Not even half way through it and I can barely get a full scoop out due to the scoop being so small and container so big. Maybe I just have big hands, but def sucks scaping my hands on container every morning.
