I Tried For Myself
I did my search on Citrus Bergamot an I want to tried it for myself. Therefore I’m taking a 1000mg for my heart and metabolic support. So far so good. I’ve just started 7/28/25 on a Monday. I take 2 capsules with juice at my evening meal . In the morning and afternoon feeling really good. And for me it’s tasteless

Easy to swallow
Don’t know its result as just started to use it the delivery was fine. They are easy to swallow and I open the capsule and put it in my coffee in the morning also

Disappointed
I had no problem taking it but it only lowered my total cholesterol by 7 points. Unfortunately it lowered my HDL more than my LDL. My triglycerides went up a little.
