I have been using this product before and sometimes after my workouts and I feel I have noticed a faster and more complete recovery in my muscles. The powder tastes great too! All I do is mix in 1 scoop with 10 fl. Oz. of water and chug it down. It provides almost all essential amino acids required for muscle repair and protein synthesis. I like the quality of this brand and I am very likely to buy it again.

This is an excellent recovery EAA pre, during and post workout powder drink formula to rebuild your muscle mass quickly and help you recover from a strenuous workout or even if you are just starting a workout regimen. The taste really is surprisingly good and it mixes good with a soft powdery texture. I also mix it with something else and then both taste good together. This is basically all the essential amino acids necessary to rebuild muscle tissue and rebound quickly from your workout. Supporting muscles growth and repair, this EAA drink formula should enhance your performance and endurance. This advanced formula includes electrolytes and coconut water powder, along with EAA, making it perfect for replenishing your body during and after intense workouts. This helps you stay hydrated and helps you maintain a solid electrolyte balance in your body. The package came well sealed and in good condition. I experience no negative effects taking this EAA formula by BPI. My muscles do seem to rebound quicker after an intense workout. This product seems to work well for me. If you like a highly flavored sport drink this is made for you. It does mix well but it is overly sweet and flavored for my taste.

I really like this powder for my pre/post-workout drink as it is loaded with lots of great amino acids. However, the taste is quite strong. I find the 8oz of water recommendation is a bit low, and I like to use a bit more for my drink. I also tried this in a smoothie, but I felt the sour taste threw off the flavor of the smoothie, so I decided to just stick to water.If you do not have a workout shaker, I would recommend using a blender (even in just water) as the powder can clump together and does not dissolve the best, so this helps avoid getting clumps of the strong taste. Overall, I am very happy with this product! The strong taste is tolerable, but for more sensitive taste buds, you might want something less sour.

Good quality supplement, flavor is decent, and works well. Product is exactly as described and performs as expected.
