Very comfortable, soft on the ears, and can be adjusted to fit. Weight wise they are very good, not heave at all.The sound is crystal clear, the microphone works well. You can use the for listening to music if you wish.Excellent value for money.

Great microphone.. I usually work from a cafe and this set has really good noise cancelling from the mic. You couldn’t tell you were sitting in a busy cafe. It’s not the most comfortable for long periods of time however for meetings it is good. I usually use this on Citrix for Mac and works great. Speaker quality has impressed me overall! You can listen to good quality music with these! I think in general, office headsets are overpriced so relatively this is priced quite modestly.

This isn't a top of the range item, by any means. The sound is fine - not tinny with just the right amount of bass - and the mic is sensitive.Chose the new version (2024?) over the old one as this includes the USB A to USB C adapter. In hindsight, seemed like a lot extra to pay if this is the only change (the adapter could be obtained separately for a couple of pound, I expect, although the included adapter has a little loop that keeps it on the main cable). On the subject of paying extra, was disappointed that no carry pouch was included (cheapskates).I can see that the foam ear covers may need replacing within a year, if using heavily.

I work from home on the phone (via a PC softphone) and this headset is ideal for that job. Also, as the description states, things like Zoom/Teams calls. A little more bass would have been nicer but it's perfectly acceptable for what I bought it for.Build quality is excellent. It's actually a native USB-C device but has an adapter for USB-A. (This will, of course, make no difference to the sound quality but if you only have one spare USB port it won't matter which type it is!)Not-at-all suitable for gaming or any kind of audio work. The 5-stars is because it does the job it's meant to really well.Been using this for a while now and have only just noticed that it says PLANTRONICS on the control!!

great headsets. Great sound quality so far after 2 months.Great feeling on ear, doesnt press hard on ears and I feel like face to face conversation.Good for people having hearing problems.

I bought this headset around 2 months ago, I use it daily and it has been working fine until today. One of the speakers has all of a sudden become fuzzy and makes strange noises when someone speaks. My guess would be the speaker had blown. As it’s two months after purchase it is now too late to return unfortunately

New updated version of a headset I have been using for 4 years - Excellent quality

The stock AKG headphones which come with the Samsung are OK, but got plenty of complaints of the background noise, despite claiming noise cancellation functionality.I tried other headsets, but none of them worked with my phone at all - not sure why.This headset works a dream. Excellent voice clarity, noise cancellation and speaker volume. Not the best for audio listening to MP3's with heavy bass but I wasn't expecting anything great in this aspect.
