So, my guest bathroom was draining slow, and it just kept getting worse even though, I tried every liquid solvent on the planet. Ordered this. Fast shipping. Watched a few YouTube videos. And used it. At first, we only got a little bit of hair caught in it. But then I had my boyfriend spin it and I kept shoving it into the tub/wall, I could feel that we hit something. When I tried to pull it back, there was resistance. Kept pulling and a big, nasty, stinky hairball came up. Now, the tub is draining beautifully. It might take a few tries to figure it out, if you have never used anything like this before. And it helps to have two people. But my tub is draining better than when we bought this house, and no plumber visit. Problem solved for under $20 bucks and some elbow grease. I would definitely recommend.
