Very good noodles, but are made in China, not korea

I’m actually impressed. This brand tastes really good, held up well in stir fry. Was a tad unclear at first if one packet was enough for 2 person serving; it was. Separating noodles was a bit more work than just adding to boiling water for 90 seconds. I actually removed udon noodles from boiling water at 40 seconds to plate, let cool a bit then manually separated noodles, added back to water. I also boiled more water than package stated. All was good. Yes, I would buy these again, texture was perfect for what I expected.

I found these to be thick, of good quality, and with a nice firm texture. While they are easy to heat, the noodles can stick together so that you have to work to separate them. The instructions are for heating in a pan, but it works just as well in a bowl with a little water in a microwave. Two minutes and you have a quick meal. I would recommend these. I found the Kikkoman soup base (elsewhere on Amazon) to be a nice addition.

So I decided to make Japanese style spaghetti in a meat sauce w/ garlic toast ..! It was very delicious .. noddles only took a couple minutes to heat up in boiling water then I added the noodles to my sauce ..! The noodles had a soft chewy texture, almost like a gnocchi / dumpling

I thought I'd try this to use for jjajangmyeon. Not good like I imagined, but I'm sure if used properly this noodle is fine, it seemed well enough quality wise

Love these noodles, only disappointment is I didn't find them sooner. Perfect thickness and short cook time giving it the right chewiness. I will continue to buy this until I die.

These are the best Udon noodles I have ever had. Firm flavorful and go perfectly with homemade Yamen, Pho or Hotpot. I order them every month.absolutly delicious.👍🤤
