Great little snake the selection of heads to accomplish the job is great.. I used it on my sewer main I pulled out a was cloth and some hygiene products and cleared the drain saved me money on calling a plumber and if I get another plug I save on that call to definitely worth the buy

I like the drain cleaner. Clear instructions that worked quite well in cleaning my first backup. The one thing that caught my eye is that this model does not have a tension knob and I am not used to not having one.Mainly, (right or wrong), I was taught to lock tension on the cable once stopped by clog or bend with 2-3 inches of slack between the entry point and the drain cleaner. Then bump pulse the cable forward, with a little frictional pressure holding the cable loosely so it can rotate, but not twist or catch your gloves, and feed the slack, a little at a time, into the bend or clog until it is cleared. That is my one star off.After final use for the day, & to extend the life of the cable, once the cable is removed from the drain, and before spooling back into the drum, rinse it best you can with a hose, let dry and then oil it as you hand feed it back into the drum before storage.
