Q: What does guascas taste like? What does it add to the ajiaco? Do you use it in any other recipes?

I add it to chicken soup. It blends really well with all ingredients, including lime, although the herb itself has a lovely 'lime-like' aroma to it. I find it an essential ingredient for Mexican-style chicken soup, but have used it in many other leftover recipes for an added spark. Highly recommended. You should simply experiment with it!

Q: Is there more than one package of guascas in the shipment?

No, just 1 package, but it is a decent amount. I ended up ordering a few packages to save on shipping, figuring the herbs will not go bad.
