Kernel Season'sPopcorn Seasoning, Movie Theater Butter Salt, 35 Ounce

My kids are totally in love with this seasoning. I think it’s good, but you have to go easy or it’s way too salty for my preference.

As a teen, I worked in a movie theater concession selling popcorn and candy. The popcorn was made with savoral to give it its unique movie theater popcorn flavor ...THIS is the closest to it that I have found ... we make our popcorn at home, and sprinkle this over it for pennies compared to the 15.00 tub at the theaters.

I thought it would save butter and be more convenient, but it won’t stick to the popcorn unless I butter it first. Then once I get it to more or less stick it’s either ridiculously too salty or not salty at all. No butter flavor to it. The small portion I tried it on freaked out my taste buds so much that I can’t go back and enjoy the rest of the batch with normal salt and butter. It leaves me not wanting to put anything in my mouth except a lot of liquid to watch the flavor out.The Amazon description doesn’t disclose the ingredients. What I see on the container is different from what I saw when I looked up the company on the web. On the web listing, there are two technical sounding names that I looked up and found that they were sometimes disguised under the heading natural flavors and could be associated with but different from MSG. so I took my chances but I don’t think I wanna put any more of this in my body. I can’t say that I feel awful but I don’t feel as good as I did before I ate it.

Only alittle is needed. This bottle is going to last me a long time. I eat fresh made popcorn almost daily as snack.

I have tried many popcorn salt seasonings and this is the best. I recommend using/getting a fine salt shaker. Helps immensely in sprinkling it on the popcorn. I drizzle EVOO (extra-virgin olive oil) on then top with the salt. Yum!

Horrilbe nothing but salt i could feel my blood pressure rising. No buttery taste at all i not sure how this get such positve reviews save your money
