Worked well, test and mix right
Pretty pleased with color and longevity of product. Lasted 2 months and used it during summer to cover front lawn brown spots. Looked so good I did the entire lawn. Watered intermittently only, and lawn kept color. Suggest reading instruction and watching mixing video. Would by again.

Great product!
I tested this product with a different rival, and it worked well in small spaces. Ultimately, I opted for another brand as they offered a larger size for the same price. Nonetheless, I quite liked it.

Takes a little practice
After using too much weed killer for lawns, I ended up with patches of dead grass the color of straw. The dead spots were mostly devoid of grass and pulled focus.. i needed my grass to be green in time for a neighborhood special event and an influx of visitors. I researched several brands of grass paint and decided on this one. None seemed a clear choice based on reviews. I read and followed the directions. I watched videos on YouTube. I said prayers to not let me duck it up. As suggested, I used a battery powered sprayer to apply the product. A hand pump would be impractical. It takes a little practice to get it right. You will need to fine tune the sprayer to dispense the right amount of product. Yiull need to practice in order to find the best angle to hold sprayer nozzle, the correct distance from the grass and the correct amount of time making each pass. If the nozzle moves too slow, is too close or angled poorly too much paint will dispense and create an unnatural vivid green spot. It also takes practice to understand the best technique apllyimg to dead spots vs grass that’s just not green.Hot tips: Practice in the backyard first. More practice means getting a more natural appearance. More practice means more paint consumption. Consider buying an extra bottle. I was confident I could do it with one bottle only to order a second. Don’t apply if it’s dewy at night. Best applied when it’s sunny and 72 outside. Don’t apply if it’s breezy. Use cardboard strips weighted down w bricks or a drop cloth to protect from overspray. Don’t apply too much at once. Achieve desired shade of green with several lighter coats. Read and follow directions on bottle. They are helpful, true and accurate. Once the dead spots were green it looked very uneven and obviously artificial. It required more paint than expected to blend everything together. Wear vinyl gloves. Clean sprayer after use so it can be used again. I ended up with some overspray on myself and on parts of sidewalk & curb. I easily cleaned up with soap, water and a scrub brush. The overspray on cement cleaned up w a pass of the pressure washer, but not with soap and scrub brush. The overspray on the house came off with 409 and a scrub brush.Neighbors gave thumbs up and I received many compliments about how green and gorgeous my lawn looked. That was satisfying and made the effort worth it. The grass still looked good for about 4 weeks and thru several mowings. I may paint it again based on the positive feedback. I’ve pondered turning off the irrigation, letting it die and keeping it green with the paint.

Great color
It’s great coverage and color. You’ll need to buy more depending on how big your yard is.

For WEEKS it will transfer onto carpet
Applied in October in my backyard and even after several weeks and my dogs walk in our yard, their fur and paws turn green. It transfers all through the house. My rugs, carpet, stairs, and white husky are all light green. It’s coming out with stain remover but I wish I never put it on my grass and I don’t know when this nightmare will ever end. Grass isn’t growing much right now due to season otherwise I’d mow it all the way down to get rid of it. It hasn’t rained so I don’t know if that will make it transfer onto their paws worse or not. I’m so frustrated.UPDATE 12/22/23- sent correspondence through Contact Us on their website. I just really want people to know this *could likely* happen to you. My dogs can’t go in the yard without the green transferring to their fur to the house. If I need to drench it, burn it, kill it, provide XYZ product to it, please just tell me. My floors and rugs are damaged and I don’t want to replace it until I know the green will stop rubbing off.

Looks good but not for 2 -3 month, as claimed.
My mom was coming to visit and I wanted to spruce up our yard a bit before her arrival. This lawn paint was a simple enough fix, I thought. While it did do the job for the week my mom was here, it was already pretty faded within 2 - 3 weeks of application, and we don't really even get rain where I live in California! It's only been a month and a couple of days now and it's faded pretty light, though I guess you can still see a touch of green on the dead grass.Another issue was... wow, it was gloppy. Don't judge but, I was mixing some of the paint with water in a separate container and 'blending' it with my coffee frother before adding it to the sprayer with the rest of the water. If I hadn't done that, it'd have never worked to spray smoothly onto the lawn.I might use this again in a pinch but, I'd probably look for another brand... though I did like the color on this one better than I did the previous brand I tried. Hoping to find the right option one day!

I sprayed this on Fake greenery hedges.....brought the color back to life!
I spent $600 last year on Fake Green hedges that come in 20 x 20 squares, I pieced them together and hung them along a retaining wall that is terribly stained that we can't fix with power-washing even.. I loved the look of the hedges but after a few months, they were FADING, a dull lighter green... of course the description says they will not FADE.. that's a joke..So I thought we'd try a Grass paint , to bring the hedges back to life.. and it worked ! Not sure if the paint will last the whole summer or need another spraying.. but whatever the case, this paint saved the look of my fake retaining wall hedges.

Amazing product!
This stuff is so easy to apply and does a really good job of blending those unsightly dead arborvita on the neighbors side of the fence! We got this to help make the yard look "finished" prior to an open house weekend event. The whole family was impressed by the final outcome! Their is a slight difference in shade of green but I'm calling that user error as I didn't take the time to play with concentration level of dye prior to application. The totally dead areas don't take the dye very well but the overall improvement of the bushes look better (see attached pics)Well worth the $25 for this concentrated little bottle of magic!
