Why did you choose this product over others?:For a budget aircon I’m really impressed, I have a 25sqm front room that’s like a sauna and it gets it ice cold in very little time, it does exactly like it says on the tin, it is no noisier than it states on the ad which is quite loud but it is budget!!! I don’t notice it now im used to it and I would prefer the noise over being so hot! Very simple to use and all works how it should!

The media could not be loaded. Scam. Single handedly the biggest waste of money i’ve ever spent on amazon. Device turns on, makes a lot of noise, does a loud thud and then gets super quiet. That, or it does nothing at all. Room gets no cooler. Fan mode doesn’t work. The instructions provided are frankly ridiculous to understand. They also messed around my shipment so it ended up arriving a day late. Immediately attempting to return, but for some reason it’s stupidly complicated to do so. It’s not like returning other amazon products, and you have to pay for your ownpostage on your return.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Great for cooling and the dehumidifier helps stop mould growth. It is fairly loud so usually best to put on an hour before bed The exhaust requires some tape to keep on as it kept on falling off. This has been a life saver! Myself and my disabled daughter suffer greatly with the heat, and my daughter cant regulate her body temperature well, which then can make her very poorly very fast. This unit is amazing. The trick is, turn it on before it gets warm, we generally put it on in the morning if we know its going above 25c that day and keep it at 21c on the machine.For us it uses around 5p an hour electric, which is amazing, far cheaper than some cheap electric fans. Works amazing, cools the room down perfect. You have to follow the instructions though. Close doors and windows. Vent it correctly using the supplies given.The only downside is it is a noisy machine, if you have a small lounge like we do, it can be annoying, but I imagine in larger spaces its not noticeable.The seller of this item was also very professional and lovely as amazon delivery were slow and kept me updated and responded to messages quickly.Have recommended this machine to my fellow parents of disabled children and friends who struggle with the heat.

Ordered two of these for bedrooms, arrived promptly, easily unpacked, set up, plugged in and work really well in aircon mode (not yet tried de-humidifier mode). Reasonably quiet (depending on fan speed) but only need to be on for less than an hour to get room temps down to comfortable level before bed.

Absolutely brilliant! Omg amazing! And the cost on the electric is next to nothing!!! Pennies!! We was looking for weeks for the right one and so happy we made this choice. We have bad damp so we had it on a low % initially to bring the dampness in the air down. Within 12hrs or so the tank was full! It was disgusting how much damp and moisture was in the air. The following day we done the same but on 60% and by the following morning it was pretty much full again. After that, we have kept it on the night setting on 69% and it has kept our home at a nice, damp free level. Couldn’t be happier. Buy it! Don’t hesitate! You won’t regret it!

Bit odd that when I bought it, I read the reviews and didn’t see these negative ones, yet now they’re here. Hmmm.Startled that mine is also not new! It doesn’t work. Air only comes out of a tiny section. Hose pops out every two seconds- tank was already full of water - more proof this was a used item! Contacted Amazon - not helpful as third party seller! Original seller takes 2 days to reply to a messages then just demands photos of “the air not coming out”! Yes you read that right! A photo of no air!

The GoodIt blows cold air.The BadIt's loud, even on sleep mode it's loud. To be fair it is about 65db as it states.The title says it is A+ energy rating but it is actually A.The window kit doesn't fit any windows.The hose adapter to connect the hose to the unit keeps coming off.
