Embroidered Woodland Creatures: 50+ Iron-On Transfers Inspired by Nature Paperback – 7 April 2018

I haven't done anything out of this book yet, but have been embroidering for over 30 years. After ordering this book, and seeing the quality of the designs within, I decided to order some samplers direct from the authors crafting website, Little Dear, and work on those before moving onto these transfers. Transfer books seem to be harder to come by now, as most designers now want to charge by the digital pattern, so this is really good value for money.The only improvement I could suggest is, I wish that there was a recommendation for which flosses to use for each design as a sort of guidance to make it easier for beginners or those who'd just like to get on with the project and order everything they need in one go. Will be happy to have a think about it and figure out which colours I'd like to use though. Just be aware, that there's no floss recommendations in this book!The author has included helpful instructions for how to complete different kinds of stitches and what types of materials you'll need and she has useful tutorial videos on her website for how to do various stitches if you're an absolute beginner & feel you might need the guidance.
