Looks great in person, a nice every day Casio watch, very happy with it

If you're looking for an inexpensive, no frills Casio brand watch, look no further. This is a very basic, yet very functional analog watch with an advertised battery life of three years. There's no day/date window if that's important to you. It does have a button to illuminate the dial if you're in a dark room or if it's nighttime. I try not to use this feature since it will deplete the battery sooner. Just pull out the stem, set the time, push the stem back in, and you're good to go. You simply can't go wrong if you don't need all the fancy features of a digital/analog combination watch. No need to look up directions on how to reset things after a batter change or to change from standard time to daylight savings and vice-versa.

This review is more of a health alert to those who may experience adverse skin reactions due to having nickel against their skin. I purchased a Casio Illuminator watch through Amazon. Amazon’s return policy on this product expired June 13, 2025. I reached back to Amazon and Amazon suggested I reach out to Casio, who in turn suggested I deal with Amazon. Revolving door…Since I can’t wear this Casio watch I’ll toss but what I would like to have happen, since Casio admitted they do have metallurgy in their products containing nickel, is that a disclaimer or disclosure be mandatory in advertising their watches, so others who might be allergic to nickel are forewarned.
