Mostly soy protein
I was hoping for whey protein I guess I didn't read the label good . Great taste no melting filling and I will buy another one

Too Sweet
I tried the chocolate peanut flavor. There was some chocolate and peanut taste. But it is dominated by the cloying sweetness of too much stevia and sucralose. I wasn't looking for a low sugar candy bar.

Soy Protein
Be aware that despite the several pictures of muscular male athletes, this bar's protein is all soy.Soy protein is great for females, but I know of no male athlete that uses it rather than Whey, milk or pea protein for muscle building. Check out the statement below online."Soy contains phytoestrogens, or plant-based estrogens. These are mainly two isoflavones, genistein and daidzein, that act like estrogen, the female sex hormone, within the body."
