Okay so….
The media could not be loaded. It helps with eye puffiness and sore eyes but be warned that when I took these off after 5 minutes my eyes were blurry for about 10 minutes after. Perfectly normal, searched on line and it’s because the heat causes your eyes to produce extra moisture to help with dry eyes, goes away after a few minutes. Has a chargeable port and heat change when you press the button. Multiple head straps for better comfort. Works well and good quality. Comfy to wear

A step up from a wheat bag
This eye mask comes in a sturdy, nice looking box that protects it well in transit and is convenient for storage. Inside the box is the eye mask, a reasonable length USB cable for charging and USB plug for charging on a normal plug socket, along with a leaflet containing pretty comprehensive usage and care instructions. The eye mask itself is made of a nice smooth material that is soft and comfortable against the eyes, with some light padding. The cover is removable making it easy to separate it from the heated part to wash if necessary. It has 3 heat settings, operated via a touch button on the front and a small battery pack which sits on one side of the mask, meaning you don’t have to be plugged in to use it. It seems to last quite a long time once charged up. The whole thing is worn using the removable, adjustable straps around the back of the head.I have really enjoyed using this heated mask. I have had eye masks before that were essentially wheat bags that you heat up in the microwave. This is a step up from those, in that:- it keeps its heat pretty much as long as you want or need it to- You can adjust the heat to your need or preference- You don’t have to effectively charge it up every time you use it because of the battery packThere is really not much I can say against this item, I find it very relaxing and easy to use. However, as others have said, I possibly wouldn’t want to wear this to bed, just because it is a heated electrical item at the end of the day. If you want to lie down and have a relax though, or have been advised to use heat to help with some types of eye issues, then this is a really convenient, comforting mask to use and I would recommend it.

Nice, a bit bulky
In the pack you get the mask itself, a charger cable (USBC) to charge the mask, and you also get the plug (which is unusual these days). You also get instructions and a warranty card.I tried the mask, it's quite bulky and slightly heavy - I guess that's why there is a double strap on the back. The heat pack is inside the mask, and easily accessed. The mask itself sits over your eyes fine, it's just quite big.The heat button is on the front, you hold and press once to turn on, it flashes red - which is high heat, then press again for a purple light - medium heat, then press again for blue light - low heat. Then press again to turn off.The heat is quite relaxing, and I would probably use this to relax and almost like a pampering / meditation session as opposed to wearing at night to go to sleep in (not sure I'd fall asleep with a heat appliance on anyway).I'd say for £21.99 it's quite a good price, as you can keep this for a long time and keep charging it up and use for whatever you need it for (dry eyes / meditation / migraine, etc.

Works to a degree, but you can not sleep in it comfortably.
This item has so many pro's and cons, that it makes it difficult to actually give a definitive review, I will leave it to the main issues and pro's.The item is very good, do not get me wrong, it delivers heat to the eyes, as it describes, and has three settings from hot, medium and low, and you can tell the difference between them all, the fit of the mask is good and does not allow any light to get through and is comfortable to wear, but this is where it starts to fall apart, not literally, LOL, the item is heavy, so, if you are not liking things on your face while you sleep you will not like this, it was difficult to sleep with this on, so much so that after about three hours of trying I took it off, and fell asleep in minutes. This is the main issue, it is heavy, and requires a double strap at the back of the head, to keep it in place, so you not only have the weight on the front around your eyes and on the bridge of your nose, which is where the heating pack is, you have two straps that are gripping the back of you head, now, if you can get over that, you will be pleased with the eye mask, if you can not, then this one is not for you.The mask comes with the a charging cable and a plug, yes a plug, something you rarely get these days, so you charge it up, with the rechargeable batteries and off you go, there are three colours that show the intensity of the heat, which you press a button to choose and off you go.....For those that are not bothered about the weight, then this will be great for you, the warmth really is relaxing, but if you dont like weighty items on your face or feel like you are being "hemmed in" then this is not for you....

No good. Doesn't work
It isn't able to touch the eyes due to the size of the heating element at the bridge of your nose. I couldn't get the temperature to the right level because the pad wasn't in contact with my eyes. I have a gel mask that you put into boiling water and wait 5 minuts for it to heat up and this works fine. I had such hopes for this but was very dissapointed.
