Magimix Spiral Expert 17501, Black, Stainless Steel

Much more robust than my previous spiralizar but do think it was expensive for something that only does 1 thing.

I had tried different brands of spiralisers but hadn’t found one that was hard wearing enough. Then I realised that I could get an attachment for my Magimix. Works perfectly.

Pleased with it so far having only used it once, but looks like it will last much longer than the standalone plastic ones I've had before. My only gripe is that the parts were very difficult to remove from their holders.

Because it is a snug fit in the bowl, the choice of shape comes out exactly as the picture. I love it. So much easier than some of the other cheaper options I have tried, and very little waste. It is expensive but worth the addition.

I love my magimix 5200xl and was looking forward to Using the spirilizer kit. The lid is such a tight fit that it takes me about half an hour to force it in place . I have only used it twice, the spirilizing works perfectly, what use is this if the lid does not fit properly. I am worried that I will end up breaking the magimix !Spiralizer working perfectly now. I contacted Magimix who suggested rubbing oil on both the rim of the lid and the base,problem solved!!!

Bought this to fit my Magimix 5200XL. I found the lid to be an extremely tight fit to the point where once I had tightened it on, I really struggled to get it off again. Think it’s going to be a complete waste of money as I don’t think I’ll be able to send it back as the bowl has a slightly orange tinge from the carrots I spiralled. Any tips or suggestions would be welcomed!
