Is there pause and play feature when the buds magnetically connect?

I hope I can answer this for you properly. The earbuds disconnect when you are out of the zone while wearing them and reconnect automatically when you walk back in the zone. I wear them at work and have noticed that they work that way. That being said, I have to connect and pair them every morning when I get to work. .I still love them!

Does it have Muffle sound w ear buds

Got these for my husband. He said they do not sound muffled. He likes them and would buy them again. They come with different size ear bud cover options. He said they are a lot better than his old ear buds. Hope this helps.

Do they work with teams?

If you mean Microsoft Teams, I don't see why not. Mine work with Google Meet and Zoom

How do you turn them on, there is only a. + and a - on my set.

There should be a large button on the outside of the right channel earbud above the big R. Hold that for 5 seconds.
