I love this product. It doesn’t matter where you buy it. They cost a little bit, but they’re worth it cause they keep me hydrated without them. I would be definitely suffering in the heat as I work outside and I do it daily so flavor is good. I am hydrated. I do not get lightheaded at all Value for money. It’s a better product. I don’t care how much it cost it works.

My absolute favorite rehydration drink. I love the portability of these packets and they come in the most delicious flavors. The peach is my fave! I feel like my body just pops back to life once I've had one.

Great flavor options. Mixes easily into water bottles and isn’t clumpy. Comparable price to other name stores. I’ve used these to hydrate for 180 mile bike rides, after a long weekend or even just for added daily hydration. I’ve never had an upset stomach after and I enjoy the taste of the flavors!

Great value for your money. However the taste was not for me. It is a excellent source for hydration and dissolves easily

Great flavors - love that they're sugar-free!

Great flavor options in this sugar-free pack, not one of them was off. The grape is unexpectedly really tasty and refreshing. One packet can easily mix with 18oz of water. They say 16oz, but I found it to be way too potent. I prefer these sugar-free packets over the normal sugar filled ones. If you're sensitive to sugar, like myself these are a great option. If you're looking for a cleaner hydration in terms of ingredients, Cure is your best bet, but if the ingredients in Liquid IV don't bother you, it's about the same price point and personally I like their flavors a tad more.

Didn't like the raspberry melon flavor. It reminded me of colonoscopy clean out medicine. Tried the lemon lime it's really good. I instantly feel hydrated after drinking some of these. I work out in the heat all day and this stuff is amazing. Just trying it for the first time

I’m currently pregnant, and these help with keeping my water intake up.My favorite flavors are white peach, raspberry lemon, and green grape.These have great flavors and provide good nutritional benefits.
