Defective product and bad service
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got a defective product..it does not twist up and down properly and is also completely blunt and melted at the top...breaks whenever you try to apply it. I even wrote a complaint and asked for a return and replacement. Amazon said it would look into the matter by 7th July and another week has passed but no reply, nothing has happened. Absolutely rubbish service...extremely unsatisfied!
