Healthy Living. Good Question
Taken for a few weeks now. Went and had my blood work done, no change to report. Still feel the same not sure of any real benefit to taking as of yet. Will complete the bottle re test and see what the numbers say.

Great supplement, i noticed a change right away with digestion. I did take a genetic test. Looks like my body can’t process folate. Since taking this supplement my digestion has gotten better and way less constipated.
