I took this Roadbox UPF 50+ sun hoodie on a Caribbean cruise, and it was fantastic. Lightweight, breathable, and best of all — I didn’t burn once. I wore it for excursions, walking around the ship, and even at the beach. It kept me cool and protected under intense tropical sun.I know they say not to use it in the water because that can reduce the UPF effectiveness, but I did a little wading and it held up just fine. The material dried quickly and didn’t cling like some rash guards do.Things I loved:* The hood gave me extra protection without needing a hat.* Thumbholes helped keep the sleeves in place when moving around.* Front pocket was great for stashing sunglasses or a card.* Didn't stretch out or get saggy even after multiple wears.This is now a must-pack item for any sunny trip. I ordered the Light Floral Grey in XL, and it fit comfortably without being baggy or too snug.

I really, really like this shirt. It is my first experience wearing a long-sleeve shirt in the summer, but it's not nearly as warm as I feared and I like the sun protection. Wore it for four hours kayaking in 90F temperatures but had no problem. The shirt I ordered came with a nice mesh/holey material on the underside of the arms which I really like for airflow, but interestingly it doesn't show in the pictures. I'd really like to order a 2nd, but not sure I'd get the same thing.

Perfect Summer Hoodie — Lightweight, Cool, and Surprisingly StylishMy son and I both love wearing hoodies, but as summer approaches, most hoodies are just too hot to wear comfortably. That’s what led me to try this sun hoodie — and I’m glad I did. I bought one initially, loved it, and ended up buying two more for myself. My kids liked it so much, I got one for each of them too.At this point, it’s practically the only shirt I wear. It’s incredibly lightweight, breathable, and surprisingly comfortable even in 80–90° heat — honestly, it feels cooler than wearing a regular short sleeve shirt. Of course, if it’s below 60°, it can feel a bit chilly, but that’s to be expected with how thin and breathable the fabric is.The thumbholes and hood add just the right touch for sun protection, and the overall look is clean and stylish — great for hiking, fishing, or just running errands. I’ll probably end up buying a few more so I’ve got one for every day of the week. Big fan!

This hooded shirt does what it says. I wore it today and walked in the direct sun for a 10 hour shift and it kept the sun off of me, and did not make me sweat to death. The fabric feels cool, it breathes well, perfect for hot weather. HOWEVER the sizing does not make sense at all. Amazon says that a large would fit me best based on millions of reviews, but i bought a medium and the sleeves are almost too tight but are too long, the main body of the shirt fits loose, about 1 size too big, but then the hood is so large it fits loosely over a hard hat. When i tried to wear this with just a normal baseball hat, every little gust of wind would blow the hood off my head, and it has no drawstring to cinch up. To sum it up, the shirt fits sloppy, but the sleeves are very tight and also very long, and the hood is absolutely enormous. I am not a large guy. I am 5'6" and 170 lbs, with a 32 inch waist. I have fairly strong arms but i'm not a bodybuilder by any means. This shirt sizing is just insane.Stretchiness:It is not as stretchy as spandex but it is very stretchy.

These are perfect for long days in the sun. The sizing is accurate, and they’re comfortable, breathable, and help me stay relatively cool. I liked the color options so much that I bought several. The thumb strap works well during activity and does a great job keeping the tops of your hands covered—especially when fishing. When on sale, these are an easy win.

Great shirt at a fair price. Got it delivered right on time. It's made of quality material and very light. I live in AZ so it's important to have light fabric.

I got 3 different colors and I like this color the best (darker blue heather)- it doesn't show dirt on the sleeves like the lighter colored one did. I wipe the sweat from my face with the sleeve and my gloves, and they get dirty. I got them for doing yard work, not for fishing. Trying to hide from the sun. The sleeves are loose and I like the thumb hole - it keeps the sleeve in place with my gardening gloves on. They are no hotter than a regular t shirt. They seem well made.

Exceeded my expectations. I tested this shirt out on a hot, humid day by going for a hilly bike ride. The fabric has a very comfortable feel against the skin. The sleeves have ventilation fabric along the sides closest to the body, which allows for air transfer. The fabric wicks well. Great value
