Love these chips! Very crisp and fresh. The chips are not oily, gluten free and taste great. The chips are cooked in avocado oil and no after taste. It is an enjoyable treat.

Received these in 24 hours after ordering. For gourmet chips they are a decent sized bag and really a deal if you buy them in a pack. We’ve only broken into the salt and vinegar but I can say that these are delicious, well crafted and this flavor in particular not overpowering at all, but just right, not too much salt OR vinegar as with many brands. These guys really just bring out the best of the potato in my estimation. I buy a lot of “gourmet” chips and these are really top notch and very affordable in my opinion. They also don’t sell you a bag with mostly air which is very nice. I’d say you get as many chips in these bags as in a much “puffier” bag of store bought brands that charge more and use synthetic ingredients. So, you get your money’s worth here. ;) I highly recommend.

Very good and made with healthy avocado oil/

Bought due to use of avacado oil, no seed oils, in the frying. I like the chips, fresh & crunchy, not a lot of breakage. However, my stomach did not tolerate this chip otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. I have half a stomach so they bothered me. My roommate can eat them with no problems.

Jackson’s chips totally hit the mark—crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor that’s just right. Love how they're baked in avocado oil. It tastes great, and I believe that the 7 bags you get for the price is extremely worth it. The texture is crisp, and all bags of the chips were fresh.

The sea salt ones are alright, but the salt and vinegar type (my favorite flavor) do not taste like vinegar at all and are very bland. I have not tried the barbecue ones yet so can’t comment on those.
