Q: How thick is the 20 x 20 pillow?

My pillow is NOT the 20 x 20 pillow, but hopefully the following will help. The "finished size" (meaning the pillow has been placed in the cover provided) of the pillow I have purchased is 12 x 20 x 5.5 inches. The "puff" on my pillow actually is probably more like 6 inches. Please note again the 12 x 20, not 20 x 20, for my pillow. Whatever size you get, this is absolutely wonderful pillow. I have been using it and using it, and it has not lost any puff at all, is firm but not hard, very comfortable. I would highly recommend this company.

Q: Still don’t know what size cover to get from questions answered! comical. diff question, where do i get 12x20 cover for 12x20 pillow size? for couch.

Amazon has them. Just search 12x20 pillow cover. They have many styles.
