Ok too early to comment. Never take things for granted. We all have differing body chemistry.

After hearing a report that this product might be useful as a memory booster, I started buying supplements in 2015, when I was 62. My memory at that time was OK, but I thought that with advancing age, it might begin to deteriorate significantly. What I found with Rosemary amazed me. Not only did my memory improve, it actually got better than it had EVER been. This was especially the case for "future" memory, in the sense of remembering the things which had to be done each day, or on certain given days. This was especially useful at work. Not 100% infallible - there was still the odd thing I overlooked, as we all do. But generally, in this specific regard, I'd estimate a good 50% improvement. For example, I'd think of something at home, that needed doing at work the following day, and whereas before I'd forget it, with the Rosemary I'd remember it when I got to work.

From a personal perspective I have been taking Rosemary capsules for about two years now. I have noticed I am much more alert & focused on everyday tasks.
