These are the first home security cameras I've ever had. I was a little apprehensive about getting them simply because I wasn't sure how easy or difficult they'd be to mount (especially since the best spots required that they were mounted into concrete walls). But after a little research, I bought myself a 20v Dewalt drill and some masonry drill bits to see if I could even drill the necessary holes for the camera mounts. I testing the drill and bit on the wall inside the garage and while it wasn't "easy" to drill the hole, it was definitely enough to get deep enough for the wall anchors that hold the mounting screws. After that, I found an ideal location for the camera and started drilling. Took about ten minutes to get the holes right but it wasn't as bad as I initially thought it would be. Once the cameras were installed and the app downloaded to my phone, I was now up and running with a dependable home security system. The app is very user friendly and the camera feed is clear as it needs to be. As for battery life, it's amazing. Much of this has to do with making sure the cameras are mounted in a spot that gets a decent amount of sunlight throughout the day. If done correctly, you won't see the battery life drop lower than 98%. The only negative thing I found about the cameras is that the two way radio is a little janky. It works well enough for the camera that's closer to the included modem, but the one that's further away experiences some issues when it comes to the audio coming from the camera when the user on the other end is using the talk feature. But I think these cameras are great and I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking to get some form of home security that doesn't require them to be hardwired from the house's power sources.

I have bought a number of different security camera systems over years. When I decided to upgrade I did a lot of research. I wanted to have something that was low maintenance, wireless (part of my current system is wired) and would cover my entire property. There are lots of systems on the market today so it’s not the easiest thing to select the right system from the marketing information. The thing that intrigued me about the ANSQUE system was the tracking and the ability to stitch the video from camera to camera as it tracked movement around the property. I recently had an attempted home invasion robbery. The cross-camera-tracking feature would have provided better videos to provide to the police.I decided to take a chance and purchase the ANSQUE GU01 4 camera system. The system was very easy to install and it performs as described in the literature but after using it for a couple of weeks I began to discover things about the system that you just cannot get from the literature, like the fact that the base station really extends the WiFi signal so that it easily reaches all of your cameras and has the 32gb internal SD is enough to store all of the Videos you need locally (no monthly fees). The 2K cameras provide an excellent picture quality. The 360 degree cameras really extends the reach of the system. The two way audio sound is excellent. The cross-camera-tracking is a super feature. The iPhone App is well designed and allows you to monitor and control every aspect of your system remotely. The system performs very well, but the cherry on top is the ANSQUE support. Support has been quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. I definitely highly recommend the ANSQUE security camera system.
