Excellent replacement! Look and feel is exactly the same as oem, backlights might be slightly dimmer, but I rarely have them turned on. Used on a Latitude 5450 - please note the right CTRL key was replaced on this model laptop with the MS Co-pilot key. Can't seem to find many aftermarket keyboards with this update yet. I am OK with a working keyboard with a "wrong" keycap. I did try moving keycap from old keyboard but there are slight production differences which prevented it. Replacement difficulty was intermediate, keep screws separated with parts as removed - there are online videos that help. On the 5450 you do have to remove the fan, but don't have to remove the heatsink to pull the system board. Tip: take a pic of the system with the back off and memory removed to help with screw placement on reassembly. This a great value replacement, and I am very pleased I was able to get next day.
