The grill is really well made. I have used it three times so far and have no issues with functionality. I initially bought this just to grill meats on big skewers but it also came with a roasting spit and motor. I'm new to roasting so I have only tested on chickens and they came out juicy, tender, and tasty! I can't wait to try out other meats! Friends and family members were impressed!During shipment, one of the threaded barrel nuts came loose (used for the wheels). The grill still functioned but it was not 100% level. I contacted customer service and they shipped out a replacement leg. They were very responsive and quick to act. Overall really happy that I bought this and from this seller! 10 out of 10!

Bought the grill for an event. Grill worked for 3 hours and the motor died. So began this process. Called them and they said oh sorry etc etc and stated they would send a replacement. Sent email to ask for delivery address. Sent. They asked again for address. Sent again. No response. I emailed them for status and now they are stating that grill is out of stock and won't be in warehouse for another 20 days or so. Sorry but they didn't realize that at the moment. No excuse. Now this is the end of July beginning of August. We have a wedding we are catering for on 9/1 hence the urgency. The Amazon return/refund of course has passed. I haven't called them yet. Vevor response is call Amazon or select one from website. Not the vevor website of course but only Amazon. The only product they have on Amazon has a 3.4 rating and $100 less than we paid for the other one. So options are choose a worse rated and cheaper one than we previously had because vevor won't allow us to choose one from their website at the same price or call Amazon and see what happens. Of course tried to call vevor and they are closed for lunch.🤦‍♀️ So still trying to see what gets done bc we don't want to be out of the monies we already paid and need a grill for 9/1. In short don't buy vevor products. Will provide an update if I get a resolution. Still no response from vevor in regard to the only choice they have on Amazon.

The media could not be loaded. It's durable and works very well! This unit will hold a 60 pound clod of meat with no problems. My husband modified this with a smaller unit we have and we did a boneless Leg of Lamb. It was absolutely delicious.This is a great buy y'all ✌️

Very nice work

Disappointing. The parts included were not as defined in the assembly instructions and required me to drill holes in the Grill body to accommodate mounting of the Feet/legs. Customer Support was only available via live chat and emails ( which were delayed 24-48 hours). In the end Vevor Support claimed there was no issue. I ended up drilling holes myself to facilitate connecting the feet/legs to the grill body as I already had a pig and it was too late to rent a grill/spit. While operating, in the midst of roasting a small pig, the spit supports began to flex outward, when hot coals we in the pan, and caused the spit to become disconnected from the motor repeatedly. Furthermore, the motor mounting screws began falling out of the motor during roasting and I had to disassemble and reassemble the motor. Note all the boards wedged in the bottom and side of the system to keep in operating.

Easy to install. I bought this to roast a whole pig and it functioned perfectly. Barely any noise. A good fit is about a 60 lb pig. Great value for your money.
