Finally !!! It really helps reduce bloating after meals. I usually feel relief within 30 minutes, especially after eating dairy or heavy foods. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and don’t leave any aftertaste. I like that it’s made with natural ingredients like fennel and lemon balm, and it’s non-GMO.However, it’s a bit pricey, especially since you need to take 2–3 capsules per meal. For me, it works most of the time, but not every single meal. I’ve read some people didn’t feel a difference and asked for refunds, so results may vary. Overall, it’s a helpful digestive aid if you struggle with bloating and don’t mind the cost.

A little expensive since a serving size is 3 pills but I actually think these work! And pretty quickly! Tried them after a social event with lots of heavy passed apps, desserts and alcohol. The uncomfortably bloated feeling settled almost right away.

I took these for a few weeks .didn't see any results . I attempted to send it back since it was expensive when I clicked on return states I couldn't return the product .. In my opinion, there are far cheaper. Products for help with bloating..

Great product! Does what it says it does. Works better for bloating than anything else I've ever used. The only drawback is the price. You have to take 3 capsules at a time so a bottle doesn't last very long.

They work for me. 3 capsules and the yucky feeling after eating not great for you food, I don't feel awful. I can button my pants. Even after the gas and bloating starts, 3 of these and it goes away. I love they are all natural. They are easy to take - they are 1g caps, but no smell or taste. No more awful gas pains.
