The first time we used the sprayer part of the faucet the button broke. I call to find out how to return it, I was told that I would need to send it back so it could be looked at before a replacement was sent. I’ve ordered one from the local hardware store so that the repair parts are easy to get.

I really like this bath faucet even though I had a heck of a time installing it. I am really not sure if I should give it 4 stars or 5 with my frustrating install not being mostly the fault of this equipment. The way it connects is very different than the one I had in my tub as far as male and female fittings and so I ended up having to use the adapters they included plus some from the local hardware store. The rubber gaskets seemed to either not fit or make things leak worse so I took them out. I also didn't realize that one of the hole size needed is larger than the others on this unit so I had to figure out how to expand the hole in the bathtub side. It does show this in the picture at time of writing so maybe that is my fault. As much of a bad time I had putting it in, now that it is in I think it looks awesome. Feels sturdy. I love being able to pull out the attachment and spray the edges of the tub when I am cleaning it. Good water flow and pressure. I would still recommend this product but just do all of your homework on how things hookup and fit before you purchase.

Do NOT buy, purchased for a new bathroom. Used 4x and broke. Just outside the 30 day return policy. Stick to a MOEN product. I liked the color and design but not worth it. Poor quality.
