This supplement appears to be working well. The one I normally get has supply issues. So I searched for a “back-up” by comparing ingredients & this product compared favorably.

Helped ease my seasonal allergy symptoms, opened up my sinuses, eased my respiratory so that breathing is much fuller and I've not had sniffles or caught any colds. This is a little bit pricey compared with a plain old bottle of vitamin C, but this is SO WORTH IT!

I like this product. I saw good reviews on amazon and had to try it for myself. I noticed after a week I had a bit more energy and was able to sleep better. We all suffer from vitamin D deficiency on the east coast in the cooler months, so started supplementing this when I had energy and mood issues.
