The product is made of cheap and light plastic. The heat and cold environment made it loose it ability to grab and have a grip on the dash mount.

What I like about this phone holder is that it mounts to the dashboard with a clip instead of mounting to a vent like most do. What I dislike is how cheaply made it is. If you dont have a phone in the holder it rattles, and if you try to turn it sideways for a landscape view,the phone falls out. The holder looks to be made from very cheap materials and performs the same way. For $29 which granted isnt much, I still expected better quality.

For being made to mount on a Porsche, this is pure cheap junk plastic. Doesn’t even clam properly when phone is mounted and must be manually secured to make sure it doesn’t fall off. Also beware if you have leather dash, this will rip and lift it because the clamp mount is not long enough to grip the dash, instead it will clamp on to the leather. Do t recommend this for a Porsche, no quality at all.
