I have been getting SBC’s arnica gel for years. You only need a little as it go’s a long way. I fell on holiday giving me the biggest ever bruise and haematoma on my hip n thigh, luckily I’d decanted some into a jar to take away so could start using it immediately. I also use it for aching knee and back.

Use this all the time recommended to friends family they all now use it such a great product all natural and very easy to use

I usually buy from qvc and have bought this for 25 plus years. The best arnica gel and it works. I remember once my son fell off his bike and he had a giant bruise on his forehead. I put arnica quickly and it went down after many applications. You do need to keep applying and not put on broken skin. I've tried other brands but sbc is the best one that works. I always have some in my home. It also works for aches and pains. Worth every penny as it lasts ages.

SBC arnica gel.Having tried many other products in the past, I was doubtful about this when I saw it advertised on a home shopping channel about ten years ago.But it worked for me then and it works for me now. I have tried other arnica products since then ( including tablets over the counter, and cream prescribed by doctor), but they had no effect. So I continue to buy SBC. I don't always need to use it, but I do always have it in the house.Due to a 'big cleanup' of the house last week, I have had aching swollen wrists. I was moaning away about being held up and unable to do things I used to do without a thought. Then I remembered the arnica gel.😀. Within twenty minutes of applying it, I was getting relief from the pain. So yesterday when I was off to clean the windows followed by hoeing the garden, I applied it in advance and spent the day feeling pretty clever with myself.My method is to squirt a couple of generous pumps onto the area (yesterday three scoots on each of the wrists) and spread it lightly over. Then I leave it for ten minutes or so before I massage it in properly. Every time I use it I think, 'maybe the pain would have gone anyway without the gel, maybe it's just a coincidence'.I've no idea why it works, but it does for me. I don't think I'm gullible- as I said at the beginning, I had tried many other products with no benefit before I saw this Arnica Gel.

This is simply the best arnica-based product I've ever used. It's cold when first applied but absorbs quickly (unlike arnica cream), doesn't stain and doesn't leave any sticky film. Don't be tempted to slap loads on, start with a thin layer, don't rub it but let it absorb, then if necessary add another thin layer.I use it for a medical condition that causes muscle pain in the legs, and also for arthritis resulting from an old car accident injury. It takes effect within minutes and can be applied as often as needed. However it really came into its own recently when I twisted the collateral muscles in one knee and badly bruised the other. I slapped this on both knees as soon as I got home; on the bruised knee it was too late to stop the bruising, but it did reduce and then clear the bruising quite quickly. With the other knee, the injury healed in half the time that the doctor had told me to expect which had the added bonus of getting off the painkillers much quicker!A must for the first aid cabinet for any knocks, bruises, muscle pains and strains and arthritis and suitable for all ages, even toddlers.

I use this all the time on clients and it really prevents bruising and helps with all swelling. 100% my go- to from now on.
