It's the right dosage and quality at a good price. Ehancement for mitophagy, muscle endurance, and energy. I'm 75, lift weights and do cardio 5 days a week. At this age our levels of essential and often little known nutrients run low. I'm into longevity and living healthy. The combo of my nutrient list and workingout keeps me feeling strong and energetic. Urolithin is one of those supplements I now value and never miss a dose.

Seems to work the same as the expensive stuff. I've used both. And they do work. I was low energy for a few months and didn't go walking like normal. Took this the whole time. When I got back out to walking my hilly neighborhood I expected to have a rough go on the hill coming back up to my house. I was quite amazed to find that I plowed up the hill easier than I ever did before. Zero stopping to catch breath. It builds muscle without exercise. Imagine what that might do for your heart, which is a muscle. I will always take this.

After years of experiencing almost constant, sometimes severe muscle soreness from even the lightest of exercise, two weeks after starting to take this supplement, the severity and duration of my muscle soreness has diminished by — I'm not exaggerating — about 80-90%. The first thing I noticed was that I was walking through a store parking lot with zero muscle pain in my feet and legs. I exercise almost daily, so this was the first time in years I walked with no muscle soreness. I wasn't quite believing it at first, so I waited a few more weeks to write this review.Now, even after (what is for me) rigorous strength training, I only feel slight muscle soreness the next morning, but it passes (with the help of a few good stretches) within just a few hours. I have been using this supplement for 2 weeks when I noticed increased energy and positive mood. My husband also noticed these positive benefits. He's very skeptical about nutritional supplements but I strongly encouraged him to try it for one week. Well, after trying 1 capsule he noticed more energy the following day! After just 1 capsule! He continued taking it and after only 3 days, he ordered 2 bottles so that he could share it with his brother. It's really gratifying to see this very skeptical man boast about the great things this supplement is doing for him!!! The capsule is a bit large but the price is reasonable and we haven't had any unpleasant side effects with it. I HIGHLY recommend this brand of urolithin A!

It's too soon to say if this supplement is going to be effective, but as per the order, it was a very good price and well packaged.

I had very bad neuropathy in my feet. I started this with magnesium and I now can feel again in my feet. Will it last? I don't know but at least for now I can walk better.

I will take this again! My energy level has somewhat increased since taking this supplement and the gel pills are easy to swallow. I Will be ordering more!
