This has so many wonderful verses for anxiety. They are little reminders that God is in charge and He will take care of you. I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder and stopping to read some (or all) of these makes my heart feel lighter and my anxiety seem small when imagined next to God's strength and healing powers. I highly recommend this, even if you don't suffer from crippling anxiety, because they are little reminders that God is ALWAYS with you.

I do like this set in the quality and appearance of the cards. I was disappointed by the verse selection with only maybe 4 verses from the New Testament, which has a good deal to say on anxiety. There are a lot of verses from Psalms, which are pretty and nice, but from my perspective, I find more comfort in the NT verses because they are part of the new covenant, which is the reality of my faith. it's not that I see no value in the OT but the NT tells us the way it is NOW not how it was before Jesus.

These little cards are so handy to carry in my purse. God's words are with me always when I might have an anxious thought or even to help a friend to trust with scripture. I hope it helps me memorize verses too. I struggle with memorizing verses and hope this helps. Bought 1 for me and 1 for christmas gift.
