Stellar Glass Measuring Jug, 500ml, 20 x 30 x 25 cm

These jugs are incredibly useful as they can go in the microwave, however I accidentally ordered three (goodness knows how) but I am glad I did as the first one I used has broken already, the bottom literally fell out of it I'm hoping the second one lasts a little longer

I'm left-handed, and the measurements are only on one side i.e. the side that's visible if you hold the jug in your right hand, not the end of the world - just slightly awkward as I bought the jug specifically to measure small amounts accurately, and I have to hold it in the 'wrong' hand

My original jug was excellent although the glass is delicate, as mentioned in other reviews. Inevitably it broke so I bought another one, but the replacement was a slightly different shape and, after four months — and perhaps as many times in the dishwasher — (I usually hand wash it), the markings are coming off; they actually rub off on to your fingers as a fine black dust. Needless it is now useless

All of the print has washed off in the dishwasher - it is advertised as dishwasher safe - so it is no longer a measuring jug. I have returned it to the seller for a refund but as yet no response. I also purchased at the same time the larger jug which developed a pinhead hole in the bottom. Again returned to the seller with no response yet. I did take photos to show how bad these products were.Poor product.Poor service.

I love the shape of this jug, and the markings are much better than most - really clear, but I can't keep it as it's such thin glass it feels fragile and I would be constantly afraid of breaking it.

The glass this jug is so thin and extremely delicate it would be best in a chemistry lab and It wouldn't last very long before it breaks and the broken glass would be very nasty. As for the easy to see print, it's virtually invisible. I would be surprised if it lasts at all in a kitchen environment. A complete waste of money.
