I often find it hard to wind down at night and never seem to get a full night sleep, I tend waken up a few times during the night so I was on the look out for something that would help improve my sleep pattern and improve my quality of sleep, and so far I am seeing the benefits of it from feeling more relaxed to having a much better sleep and wakening up feeling more energised and ready for the day ahead.The drink itself is quite nice, it's almost like a chocolate cocoa, so it's pleasant to drink, it is a little sweet, but that doesn't bother me. The resealable bag doesn't seal very well, so I put mine in a sandwich bag just so it doesn't spill all over the place, but other than tha,t it's a great product for improving sleep and helping to relax better.

I had always wanted to try these products but was worried about how they would taste. I decided to give it a go this week to see if it could help with my sleeping pattern and I was pleasantly surprised. I tried preparing it with cold water, cold milk and then warm milk and it's really tasty when prepared with hot/cold milk. I also feel a lot calmer before bed and it's help me fall asleep easier which is something that I usually struggle with! It is a little pricey but I do think it's worth it and will likely purchase this again. My only complaint is that the resealable seal doesn't seem to close very well but this is easily worked around.

Had a good flavour, I could taste the chocolate but it wasn’t too sweet, it could do with a scoop coming with it so you know you’re putting in the correct amount. I liked it best with hot milk and also found it was easier to mix hot than with cold milk or water. I do think it’s been effective in helping me fall asleep easier so overall a good purchase although a little expensive.

The taste is very sweet so not for me. It mixed well and seemed a nice drink overall. Very expensive at £29.25 and very frustrating that the product doesn't reseal when opened

I am sleeping much better! Not waking up in the middle of the night anymore! I feel more energised in the morning.It says you can have it with oat milk or water. I don’t know why they don’t mention have it with any milk. However, I have tried it with many different milks.With water I don’t like it, with oat milk it tastes ok but with full fat cows milk tastes the best! I don’t warm the milk, just mix it like if it was cocoa powder.The ingredients include so many healthy mushrooms that have been used in the Asian medicine for centuries! These ingredients are amazing but expensive so I think the price is very good

Sorry I don't like the taste

I was a bit reluctant paying this much but I do feel it’s worked. First things first; for the money you are paying, the zip at the top of the packet to close does not close and this is a very poor design. Moving on, I’ve been taking a cup of this just before bed and I do feel that I wake up with more energy and less tired as I can have a more comfortable nights sleep without waking up throughout the night. The product does taste quite sweet so make sure you like sweet stuff and I recommend using it with warm milk and not cold milk or water as the powder doesn’t mix well.
