Item delivered next day but stopper was chipped, contacted supplier and they sent a new set right away with no problem at all. Although first item was faulty would highly recommend as service with delivery of original and replacement item was dealt with with great customer service. Thank you!

The Decanter set I purchased was great value for money, great quality with its swirl in the glassware, beautiful bit of kit for storage of my whiskey .However when arrived there was a glass stopper missing for the decanter and unfortunately had to waste valuable time taking to post office to return item and re-embursed so haven’t kept the item.

It was really nice, thick glass. The box was super secure and protected, and really good quality. Definitely a well received gift.

After reading the great reviews below, I thought this item would make the perfect gift. Sadly I was mistaken, the item is shockingly poor quality. Covered in scratches, marks and bubble flaws in the glass. Sent it back in replace of another, but the second decanter was just as bad.
