Starbucks Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup (1-L.)

This is a pretty convenient condiment to have in the kitchen. It is almost like having a cafe right there in my house. It is a very delicious syrup and I most certainly have no regrets about buying this!

I loved finding this. I was spending $4 per day to buy a caramel latte every morning. Now I make my own at home and like mine better than the ones I buy. I found recipes online on how the big coffee companies make their drinks and I bought the ingredients they use with my own Italian espresso beans.

the product tastes like chemical caramel, i'd rather have it black than put this in my coffee. Also, the black top isn't made to screw on and seal it, so don't try to hold this bottle at an angle, it will spill everywhere.

Granted I am used to regular flavored syrup in the lattes I make at home but this isn't very good. I have never likes any artificial sweeteners but I am trying to cut back on sugar so I thought I'd give it a try. If you only use one pump all you get is a horrible aftertaste, no caramel flavor. If you use 2-3 it is more bearable but still chemical tasting and leaves a bad taste. I will have to get through the bottle as my husband would never drink this stuff, but then I will probably switch back to Torani and count sugar elsewhere in my diet.

works great, great flavor not too overpowering... would recommend to any coffee lovers, lasts a long time and we use it daily

The consistence of this is like water - the taste is ok. It is not something I will order again. It just did not taste as good as I thought it would and I had to use more than I should have used just to get the taste.. I will use it as a flavoring for smoothies since I cannot use sugar for anything.

If you like a shot of caramel in your drink, this is going to be a good purchase. If you don't know about caramel, go to your local ready made coffee merchant and try it out. I'm the only one in my house who drinks this, but I love it.
