Why 4&5 star ratings if the sound is broken? How many have reported with sound broken?

We got one and the sound doesn’t work. I care about the sound because I wouldn’t pay this much for something that is broken and I could have paid less for one without sound.

How do I guarantee I will receive the item pictured in the first and second pictures, not one of the others pictured?

If you don’t receive the one you like, you can return it. Amazon is very good about returns! I am very happy with mine!
