This glove was purchased to help with recovery after hand surgery. It is a lot easier than ice packs. It stays cold for a reasonable amount of time, fit well and was comfortable to wear. The result was far less swelling than I experienced after the surgery on my other hand.

I broke my arm and the worst pain was my hand and wrist. Even weeks after surgery, the worst pain was my wrist. Hard to ice this area. I found this item and decided to try it. Plus a few other hand/wrist ice packs. This one was the best beyond the best. So soft. So easy to slip on and amazingly comfortable. Wish I’d had it weeks ago. Now I can do my PT exercises in ease and no more swelling. Best purchase ever. I wish I could tell everyone who has an arm injury about it. I did give all details to my pain management and ortho guys! Bravo! Cheers! Highly recommend and would buy again.

I don’t know why I would have 2 gloves but there you go. Had to buy another glove. The gel doesn’t stay cold for long but it hits the spots I need it to. I put on compression gloves after the gloves get warm. It allows me to continue crocheting.

Comfortable. Freezes fairly quickly (30+ minutes), but also gets to room/body hand temperature in under 10 minutes, so it's not suitable for longer, recommended, 20 minute cold healing for inflammation reduction. You'd have to buy a couple of the gloves to keep the short therapy session going. Haven't tried it for heat therapy yet.Biggest downside: The velcro (fastener portion) rips apart the flimsy fabric of the glove, so you have to be EXTREMELY careful to not let it attach to any part of the glove.

Absolutely love this for my hands. I’m a dog groomer and my hands can bother me after a really busy stretch at work. I did share this in a dog groomer group. I hope you did. Got a nice increase in sales because it’s a wonderful product that works well thank you again. This isn’t my first magic gel product always satisfied.

Sometimes my hands get fatigued from holding heavy things. I wanted to purchase an item namely to ice my my knuckle joints, including my thumb, but still have use of my fingers for dexterity. I have small hands, so I was worried about the fit. The Velcro at the wrist works great for creating a very comfortable, nearly custom fit. I've only used it for icing, but it does seem like it would be great for heat as well. The gel is very comfortable. It's worth noting you're not supposed to wear it directly out of the freezer, but transfer it to the fridge for up to 2 hours so the cold isn't too intense. So there's a lot of forethought to using this for ice, but I like the product.

These are excellent!!! My mom was having a lot of hand pain and she fell in love with these!!!

I really like these only problem is it doesn’t stay cold very long. Maybe 10 minutes or so
