This heating pad is superior to any I have ever used. It's a generous size that completely covers my shoulders and neck and part of my back, and it delivers soothing heat to my aching arthritic joints. It is well made, and I expect it to last for a number of years. While most heating pads slide off your shoulders, this one is like a cape with a snap that keeps it in place. I can also place it on my knees or ankles or any other place that needs some heat. The digital control allows me to set the heat at the level that's best for me, and the automatic shut off means I don't have to worry about leaving it on too long. Since I had only owned flat heating pads in the past, I didn't know what to expect from this product. But it blew me away with its softness, safety features, and functionality. I highly recommend this heating pad, and I plan to purchase another one for my mother.

Oh my goodness is this thing AMAZING. I have a neck injury that runs down into my shoulder blades and this gives me so much relief. I almost fall asleep because it’s so relaxing and soothes my nervous system. I struggle with anxiety and stress. Even with yoga, my shoulders stay very tight. I’m truly so excited about this.Great value, heats up surprisingly fast, shuts off automatically, and works great. 10/10 recommend.

This heating pad has just the right weight to lay comfortably on the shoulder neck area confirming to all the curves. It is also heated over the traps and the collar bones in addition to the upper shoulder blade area. Heats up quickly and with 6 temp options, I was able to find the appropriate temp for 1 layer of clothing or two, including a sweater. Even then I was only using heat #s 3 and 4. I am happy with product, and only drawback is it is not wireless.

One of the best purchases ever! I was in so much pain and anxiously waiting for Amazon delivery to come. My neck and shoulder area hurt so bad but my old flat heating pad just couldnt get to it. I ordered this and same day delivery was a blessing. I had it on within 3 minutes of opening the box. This thing heats up in 1 minute and wraps around so perfectly to get to the spot. It snaps into place and is weighted. Its immediate relief was so welcome. I love this.

This is actually a really great heating pad. Even though it’s for your neck and shoulder area I lay it wherever I need it. Helps either muscle tension relief. Even my 5 y/o loves to use this. I love that you can adjust the temp and how long it’s in use for. If you are hesitant do be. It is really beneficial and good just to have. The design is one size fits all and covers a wide range if areas.

Pinched nerve pain was soothed with this heating cape. Easy to use, plug in and set time in 1/2 hour increments up to 2 hours. Heat level 1-6 and I found level 3 allowed me to realize relief for up to the 2 hour limit. I wore T-Shirt, so heating pad did not make direct contact with my skin. I really needed relief and was not disappointed.
