Seems ok, and phone app is useful. I've been using this for approx one month now and the phone app connected to this device is super useful to check on the current 'air quality' level as well as viewing how much of the filter is 'left' until it is recommended to be changed. My air quality is generally good or excellent on most days, and there is still (after one full month, 90% left) of my filter for use. So, it isn't working hard and you can probably get 10 months or 12 (if you push it) per year with each filter. Operationally, usage is very quiet, which is solid plus.

Great product.Had it around 2 months now and I'm shocked at the amount of dust this thing has filtered out the air.I bought this as I wake up with a blocked nose and a feeling like I've been tickled with a feather in my nose. Was dubious that this would make a difference but I was at my whits end so gave in, bought it and now wouldn't sleep without it on.Ease of use:Being able to store it behind my tv and be able to control it by the app is such a great thing. Easy to use, press the power button and it comes on, slide the fan speed and it changes quickly and an easy button press for night mode that you can barely hear

Helped so much to get raid of dust. We have a small room, so we get a lot of rush & pollen in the room & it’s massively helped our chest & made the room feel clear. Easy to connect, to control & use! So many different functions so it’s definitely worth the buy!

Stopped working for no reason after just over a month of use. Despite it being faulty Amazon wouldn't let us return it because it's past the window. Only option was to have an employee call but I'm hearing impaired and autistic so that's not going to work. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Bonus points for the app being dodgey af And the replacement filters being near impossible to order. If you can't afford to waste £100 if it gives out on you then it's not worth the benefits it has while its working.

Very pleased with the quietness of the 511i Max and with its comprehensive app functionality. I wanted a quiet air purifier (my previous Vax was too loud) and did plenty of research before buying. It is delightfully quiet! Hard to hear at all on night mode and on speed 1, audible on speed 2 but sounds like a pleasant breeze rather than the annoying hairdryer-like sound some fans make. Even speed 3, whilst much louder, is not terribly annoying. And the excellent app gives a fully adjustable slider to control the fan speed, not just three settings, so you can effectively set fan speed to 2¼ or 2½ to better control the noise. The app's schedule feature is also excellent, allowing full control over the times and days the purifier will automatically turn on and off, and the mode/speed it will use when it does. The purifier looks very smart and minimalist too, though changing the filter will be more awkward than some air purifiers due to the fabric cover. Overall, really pleased with it and would happily buy again.

Great product that does exactly what is meant to do.
