Q: How long does it really last ? Or how many washes?

When used correctly, Black Trim Restorer will last 6 months or longer. While all the other products are the market DRESSINGS intended to cover up your faded trim with a nice, shiny oil, Black Trim Restorer doesn't do that at all. Black Trim Restorer is infused with dyes that penetrate deep into the surface of the plastic, dying it back to it's original black color. It's not supposed to leave a shine or oily finish that will look bad once it rains. It is strictly from dying your faded, grey trim to a dark, rich black color that won't wash off.

Q: Does dust stick to it?

Thanks for asking question. Dust does not stick to it as compared to using a product like Armor All that leave an oily residue. Once product is applied, it takes a few hours for it to dry all the way. However, the product does provide a show room glossy finish so that it might be easier to see any dust that may accumulate on it, but is not a magnet for dust. I have no regrets with its look, durability and ease of application.

Q: Will it work on rubber window trim ( gaskets ) ?

It will work to get a black shine. You must let it dry for awhile. But on some parts, even after a week it remains a tiny bit sticky. It is a black liquid. And you want it to dry before driving. Or dust, dirt and bugs may stick.

Q: Will it work for interior door panels?

Absolutely! As long as the interior door isn't clear coated (blocking Black Trim Restorer from bonding directly with the surface of the plastic). Also, you're going to want to make sure that you completely wipe up any excess liquid and allow 12 hours to dry in order to ensure none of the dye accidentally gets transferred to your clothing or seats.
